Dental Implants
Your Dental Implant Journey
Dental implants offer a fixed and natural way to replace missing teeth. Our Implant Team is led by Dr Philip Byrne.
Dental implants can be used to help replace anything from a single missing tooth to a full set and have a success rate of over 98%.
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
At your FREE consultation with Dr Byrne you’ll be able to discuss your situation. He will be able to chat about implant treatment and provide an initial plan. An idea of timescale and costs will be provided.
2. FULL IMPLANT ASSESSMENT
You’ll have a detailed examination, photographs, moulds and may have a CT scan.
Your specific situation will be explained and you’ll be given a consent form to read at home. You will also be able to ask any questions. An itemised estimate of costs will be provided. 0% finance options can be discussed also.
3. IMPLANT PLACEMENT
Your implant is normally placed under local anaesthetic, ensuring that you don’t feel any discomfort. We also offer IV sedation should you prefer. You will be reviewed 1-2 weeks afterwards to make sure everything is settling as it should.
4. GETTING YOUR NEW TEETH
The moment you’ve been waiting for! This stage can be completed in as few as two visits.
